The rules that govern your use of Cashly.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Cashly app or USSD service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Cashly.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, hold a valid Ghanaian phone number, and complete identity verification with your Ghana Card to use Cashly.
3. Circles & contributions
Cashly facilitates the creation and management of Group and Individual savings Circles. Contribution amounts, frequency, and payout order are set by circle creators and members at the time of circle creation.
4. Escrow & funds handling
Funds contributed through Cashly are held in escrow with regulated financial partners. Cashly acts as a technology facilitator and is not a financial custodian.
5. Missed payments
One missed contribution results in a warning. Two missed contributions can result in removal from the circle. A member's Trust Score reflects their payment history.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
